Christopher Newport captured its third-straight CAC Championship last weekend and was rewarded with two of the three major conference awards on the 2018 All-CAC Men's Indoor Track & Field team. Senior Jeff Dover was named Athlete of the Year following a record-breaking performance, while head coach Tyler Wingard collected Coach of the Year accolades for the third year in a row. Wesley freshman Thomas Kalieta, Jr., earned the CAC's other major award as Rookie of the Year.
